69th National Film Awards 2023 All winners List: Finally On August 24, the 69th National Film Awards Authority announced the Honorary National Award winner list at New Delhi’s National Media Centre, and after the announcement, many actors shared their reactions on the Internet. The Prestigious Awards praised the best features and non-features movies that were produced from January 1st to December 31st, 2021, in all regional languages across the country and that were certified by the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) during that period.
