Aamir Bashir, and Pavan Malhotra lead 72 Hoorain movie which was the new talks of the B-Town, after the film was released on the theatres it was received mix critics and audience reviews, despite that after the film arrived at big screens a case was filed in Mumbai against the makers of the film.
72 Hoorain 1st Saturday Box Office Collection Report Gave negative vibes
After the trailer was first launched, it was unable to get CBFC certification due to not following the CBFC protocol. After that, the makers relaunched the trailer again, following the instructions of the CBFC. After the film was released on the expected date 7 July 2023, co-producer Ashoke Pandit shared a video clip on his Instagram handle about the trailer controversy. In the reply, the CBFC also issued a statement against the trailer, and the official statement noted that the trailer had the guidelines issue under the act, Section 5B(2).

Based on the 2nd day Box office collection report, the film had an overall occupancy of 11.60%; in the morning, show footfall was 8.11%; in the afternoon, show occupancy was 11.24%; in the evening, show occupancy was 12.16%; and in the night, show occupancy was 14.88%.
