#1.Amitabh Bachchan (Coolie)
While shooting a heated fight scene with Puneet Issar in Coolie, Amitabh Bachchan accidentally punched a table during a fight scene in Coolie, resulting in his injuries. The actor was immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment.
#2.Kajol (Kuch Kuch Hota Hai)
Kajol injured her face badly and even lost her memory for a few days while shooting a cycling scene with Shah Rukh Khan AKA SRK for the song Yeh Ladka Hai Deewana. The incident took place when Kajol and SRK were shooting for a song titled. However, Kajol keeps talking about Ajay Devgan and will never forget him.

John Abraham was accidentally shot by Anil Kapoor during the shooting of the film Shootout at Wadala. During a fight scene in the film, John Abraham was accidentally shot by Anil Kapoor, who was supposed to fire a blank bullet. 15 feet away, but it was ruled out at 4.9 feet instead.
