Daldal Web Series Plot Overview
The series is based on Rita Ferreira (Bhumi Pednekar). She is appointed as a Deputy Commissioner of Police in Mumbai and is soon caught up in a chilling case of a cold-blooded serial killer. However, as Rita investigates the case, she soon realizes that she is fighting against not only the criminals but also the media trials, sexism in her workplace, and her own personal demons.
Daldal is not content with just one crime. It tries to delve into the psyche of the police officials. It shows how their work life gets conflicted with their personal issues. The story tries to incorporate issues like gender violence, child abuse, human trafficking, parental abuse, and sexism at the workplace. However, it often ends up weakening the impact of what could have been a much more cutting-edge thriller.

Daldal Series Cast Performances

The secondary cast, Aditya Rawal, Samara Tijori, Geeta Agrawal and others, performs adequately. Together, they didn’t do any noticeable work.
