Alpha Release Preponed: Here is great news for Alia Bhatt and Sharvari fans, as their highly anticipated collaboration ‘Alpha‘, which is marking the seventh instalment of the iconic ‘YRF Spy Universe’, is now set to arrive in theatres earlier than expected, which surely emerges as a treat for the fans. Earlier, the action-adventure thriller was scheduled to release on July 10, but in a recent development by Bollywood Hungama, the makers have decided to prepone the release by a week, as ‘Alpha’ is now set to release on July 3, 2026.

Alpha Gets a New Release Date
As per the mega-exclusive update by the reputed news portal Bollywood Hungama, a source in a reputed multiplex chain shared this crucial update – “July 3 has emerged as an apt date to bring Alpha to cinemas since Dhamaal 4, which was scheduled to release on the same day, has now been pushed to July 17. With no major release planned for July 3, producer Aditya Chopra felt it was the right date to bring Alpha to theatres.”

This week of advancing the release of next installment of ‘YRF Spy Universe‘ film ‘Alpha’ is expected to enjoy a strong two-week theatrical run without major competition. This strategic move is also aiming to help the film before the arrival of the two biggies, which will offer some space, allowing the film to capitalize, one from Bollywood, Indra Kumar’s directorial Dhamaal 4, and next from Hollywood, Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey”, both of which are set to release on July 17.
