Jailer 2 Day Wise Box Office Collection: Superstar Rajinikanth returns to the big screens as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in the highly anticipated action comedy thriller “Jailer 2“, a sequel to 2023’s critically acclaimed Jailer. Nelson Dilipkumar helmed and penned the film, which debuted in theatres worldwide this Thursday, October 15, 2026, under the banner of Sun Pictures. On the crucial first day, the film recorded a remarkable ₹59.70 crore net opening at the Indian box office, marking a massive 23.47% bigger opening compared to its predecessor (₹48.35 crore).

Alongside Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa, and Rithvik reprising their respected roles from the prequel, with the new faces joining hands S. J. Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Vidya Balan.

Vijay Kartik Kannan serves as cinematographer of the film, edited by R. Nirmal, and music composed by the dynamic Anirudh Ravichander.
