Salaar Box Office Collection Day 3 (Early Trend): The Rebel star Prabhas is back for the second time in the running year after “Adipurush.” The first installment of the Salaar Franchise film Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire finally arrived in theaters on December 22, a day after Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s first collaboration film, “Dunki,” was released. Features are ensemble with the film include Prabas, Prathviraj Sukumaran in the pivotal roles alongside Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, and others.
Based on the latest update, film critic and business analyst Sumit Kadel wrote on his official Twitter handle, “#SalaarCeaseFire is trending strongly in the Hindi belt! Over 25k tickets were sold in the last one hour ( 43K tickets for all langs ) BIG GROWTH of 25% was witnessed today and the advance bookings are already coming in for Christmas Day!“
Salaar Box Office Collection Day 3 Surpasses ₹ 200 Cr Milestone in the Opening Weekend
Based on the Sacnilk portal tracking report, Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire begins its box office journey with the biggest number of the year ₹ 90.7 Cr [Te: 66.75 Cr; Mal: 3.55; Ta: 3.75; Ka: 0.9; Hi: 15.75] net, which was also the biggest opener “A” rated film of 2023, replaced the recently released Ranbir Kapoor starrer Box Office Monster “Animal.”

On day 2, the PAN Indian film faces a 37.87% collection drop and minted ₹ 56.35 Cr [Te: 34.25 Cr; Mal: 1.75; Ta: 3.05; Ka: 0.95; Hi: 16.35]. In just 2 days, the film racked a massive ₹ 147.05 Cr net. On day 3, opening Sunday based on the early trend report, the film once again boosts back and mints a handsome number ₹ 61.00 Cr, and the Prashanth Neel-directed “A” rated epic action film Surpasses ₹ 200 Cr Milestone at Domestic Box Office with the notable ₹ 208.05 Cr.
Salaar Day 3 Domestic Theatres occupancy Report
Salaar had an overall 73.64% Telugu 2D occupancy across the domestic theaters on day 3. Morning shows footfalls were 60.49%, afternoon shows footfalls were 80.97%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls were 77.86% and 75.23%.
In the Malayalam 2D format, the film had an overall 38.37% occupancy in India. Morning shows footfalls were 28.46%, afternoon shows footfalls were 40.00%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls were 41.80% and 43.20%.
In the Tamil 2D format, the film had an overall 31.88% occupancy. Morning shows footfalls were 22.20%, afternoon shows footfalls were 34.95%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls were 37.06% and 33.32%, respectively.
In the Kannada 2D format, the film had an overall 65.01% occupancy. Morning shows footfalls were 36.15%, afternoon shows footfalls were 72.98%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls of 76.46% and 74.45%, respectively.
And in the Hindi 2D format, the overall occupancy was 48.27%. Morning shows footfalls were 27.99%, afternoon shows footfalls were 51.07%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls of 61.25% and 52.78%, respectively.
