The film debuted at the box office on January 19, with Pankaj Tripathi in the title roles, alongside Piyush Mishra, Raja Rameshkumar Sevak, Daya Shankar Pandey, and Pramod Pathak in the crucial roles. At the global box office on the first day, the film garnered ₹ 1.35 Cr gross in India, followed by ₹ 2.50 Cr gross on 1st Saturday, and ₹ 0.35 Cr gross at the overseas market, bringing the total worldwide gross to ₹ 4.2 Cr (India Gross: ₹ 3.85 Cr, Overseas Gross: ₹ 0.35 Cr).
