Madharasi global box office collection day 4: The talented director A. R. Murugadoss and dynamic Sivakarthikeyan‘s first-ever collaboration film, “Madharaasi“, began its thunderous run at the box office from 5th September 2025, registering a powerful Rs 62.15 Cr gross in the last 3 days of the opening weekend (as per industry tracker Sacnilk.com), followed by day 4 (1st Monday) with Rs 4.85 Cr gross, helping the film secure Rs 6 Cr+ gross on the specific day, and pushed the total worldwide gross number beyond Rs 68 Cr.

The domestic net score over the opening weekend was Rs 37.15 Cr, followed by day 4’s score of Rs 4.15 Cr, pushing the total figure to Rs 41.3 Cr.

Sivakarthikeyan, Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Vikranth and Shabeer Kallarakkal lead the starring cast of the multiple-language-released film Madharaasi, which grossed Rs 62.15 Cr (India: 43.65 Cr & Overseas: 18.5 Cr) in the initial first 3 days of the weekend, marking one of the highest-grossing Kollywood films within the span of time, and on day 4’s global gross of Rs 6.6 Cr, helped to reach Rs 68.75 Cr (India: 48.50 Cr; Overseas: 20.25 Cr).

Verdict

Madharasi, within the opening weekend, became one of the remarkable grossers of recent times. Despite a Monday slowdown, we’ll hold as expected in the rest of the weekdays, which hints the film is on track to cross the ₹ 85–90 Cr worldwide mark by the end of its first week.
