The action-entertainment sequel is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and financed by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, NR Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja. Ajay Devgn is reprising his character; Mrunal Thakur also comes on the team as the leading lady, while the antagonist role was earlier played by Sanjay Dutt, but this time he is replaced by Ravi Dubey because Dutt’s U.K. visa was not approved for his 1993 blast case involvement.
