According to the latest Twitter report from Dharma Productions, Alia Bhatt-fronted Jigra opened with a decent Rs 4.55 Cr net in India and became the 18th top opening Hindi film in 2024, just behind Ajay Devgn’s biographical sports drama “Maidaan.” It was expected that the mass pockets would deliver the majority score, but unfortunately, it was performed ordinarily; on the other hand, urban centres dominate the opening day business. Today, 12th October (Saturday), due to the Dussehra holiday, and tomorrow Sunday for the weekend holiday, it will witness an upward trend, but the Monday real test will begin.
