The film was opened with a strong ₹ 63.8 Cr net at the domestic box office, followed by a superb run that accumulated ₹ 337.58 Cr net in the opening week. In the second week, the film witnessed a 58.75% dip, generated ₹ 139.26 Cr net, and in the 15 days, a impressive run raced ₹ 485.14 Cr net. Animal had an overall 22.14% Hindi occupation across the country on day 16. Morning shows footfalls were 13.58%, afternoon shows footfalls were 22.67%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls were 22.62%, and 29.68%.
And in the Telugu version, the film had an overall 23.81% occupancy. Morning shows footfalls were 17.04%, afternoon shows footfalls were 23.72%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls of 25.75% and 28.71% repeatedly.
