BAFTAs 2024 Winners: Finally, the 77th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) award season arrived. On Sunday, February 18, 2024, the award show happens at the Royal Festival Hall within London’s Southbank Centre, hosted by the Scottish actor David John Tennant. “Oppenheimer” was honored with the Best Film, and Cillian Murphy from the similar film has received the Best Actor award.
In spite of two majors, the epic biographical thriller took home five more golden BAFTA masks, and with a total of seven awards, it registered the most BAFTA winners of the 77th season. Followed by the romance comedy drama “Poor Things,” which brings home five awards, including Best Actress by Emma Stone, and became the 2nd highest winner of the season.
