Border 2 Day 1 Advance Booking: Anurag Singh’s directorial high-octane epic action war drama sequel, “Border 2“, led by Sunny Deol, is creating immense buzz all over, as the film is locked to hit the silver screens on this Republic Day weekend, on 23rd January 2026. Around 2 days ahead of the grand theatrical debut, the film started creating havoc at the box office through its pre-sale. So far, Border 2 has smashed the remarkable ₹ 3.40 crore gross mark at the Indian box office, and still a solid boost is loading from this evening (as per the trade analysts).
Border 2 First Day Advance Booking Breakdown
According to the reputed industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty’s central featuring film Border 2 has grossed ₹ 3.48 crore for the opening day at the nationwide box office and sold 108441 tickets (till 21st January, 12.02 PM). So far the film has secured 9309 shows across the country. Notably, among the key states, Gujarat is dominating in terms of show count with 1511 shows.
Directed by Anurag Singh, the film was penned by Nidhi Dutta and backed by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J. P. Dutta & Nidhi Dutta. Anshul Chobey handled the cinematography, which was edited by Manish More, and the music was delivered by Anu Malik, Mithoon and others.
