Chhaava trailer unveils: After long anticipation, finally the Laxman Utekar directorial, and Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and other starring historical action drama “Chhaava” trailer unveiled by the makers at a special event in Mumbai today, 22nd January, simultaneously on the various social media handles. Stree 2 maker Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films-produced film is locked for a grand theatrical debut on 14 February 2025.
Chhaava trailer unveils the never before seen furious glimpse of dynamic Vicky Kaushal!
The 3.08-minute-long solid trailer spotlights the second Chhatrapati of the Maratha Empire, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, a.k.a. Shambhuraje, portrayed by Vicky Kaushal. After the demise of Maratha Emperor Shivaji Maharaj, the Maratha Empire came into the eye of Mughal Badshah Aurangzeb. But Shambhuraje turns into the most fearless king to protect the Maratha kingdom against the Mughals.
Vicky Kaushal’s energy delivery looks promising: “Hum shor nahin karte, seedha sheekar karte hain (We make no noise; we swiftly hunt our prey down!),” and “Sher nahin raha lekin Chhaava abhi bhi jungle mein ghoom raha hai (The Lion may have fallen, but the Chhaava (Lion’s cub) still prowls these forests).”
The trailer also focuses on the other key characters, Maharani Yesubai (Rashmika Mandanna) and Mughal Shahenshah Aurangzeb (Akshaye Khanna), both of whom are supporting enough to make it, the biggest blockbuster of the year.
