Coat Movie Plot
The inspiring family drama film was based on the story of a rural village in Bihar where Madho (Vivaan Shah), who belongs to a very poor and low-caste family, and his father Madho (Sanjay Mishra) are pig farmers, which is the reason the other villagers don’t respect them. One day Madho saw that the entire village respected one foreigner due to his costly coat. After that, we will see how he will acquire an expensive coat and how he will gain the respect of the villager we are going to watch in this film.
Coat Movie Review
The Coat movie shows the struggle of a rural low-cast family, who are also faced with disrespectful manners from the villagers only due to their circumstances. In the 21st century, this kind of thing is still happening in many rural areas across the country, and now director and writer Akshay Ditti and Kumar Abhishek depict the story with full depth of emotion and a touch of cute love.
The story had more nuances when Madho’s love interest was the upper-cast girl Sakshi (Pooja Pandey), which helped the story pitch in a more authentic way. The first half was engaging, the character development and story improvement were impressive, but the second half showed some negative signs, from execution to story development becoming dull.
Baap of Movies Review
Overall the movie gave a strong social messege with the cast diversiry. The versatile actor Sanjay Mishra once again delivered an amazing performance through the film, and Vivaan Shah is continuously polishing himself, and in Coat he sustains his working diversity, and the other characters are woken quite well. Over all, this is a one-time-watch film that will give you many lessons to learn.
