South Superstar Dhanush, who is roped in for the schedule of his upcoming film Captain Miller, also has a movie in pipeline. One of those untitled films is D50, which will be directed by Dhanush himself. For this film, he has got the female leading lady in the form of Trisha Krishnan, who has given a commendable performance in Ponniyin Selvan 2 and is now roped in for D50 as per some media reports. She heard the script and finalized it instantly in the first session in no time.

Film analyst Laxmi Kanth shared this from his Twitter handle, “”Buzz: #D50 – #Trisha in Talks to be the Female Lead of this High Budget Gangster Drama Directed by #Dhanush ..”
This will be the second collaboration between Trisha and Dhanush. The first one was Dhanush’s “Kodi,” in which she portrayed the character of Dhanush’s lady love turning into a gangster antagonist. Apart from this, Dhanush have two movies in pipeline Captain Miller, Untitled D50, and Trisha Krishnan also have 5 movies in the pipeline. Such are Ram Part 1, LEO with Thalapathy Vijay, The Road, Sathuranga Vettai 2, and D50.

This is the 50th Movie of superstar Dhanush, D50 roped the casts including Dhanush, Sundeep Kishan, Dushara Vijayan, Vishnu Vishal, Kalidas Jayaram, S.J. Surya, and Trisha Krishnan, helmed by Dhanush himself and produced by Sun Pictures.
