Dil Madharaasi Trailer Review: The Sikandar director A. R. Murugadoss is back with an adrenaline-pumping action thriller, “Dil Madharaasi”, a.k.a. “Madharaasi“, with the star-studded Sivakarthikeyan, Rukmini Vasanth, and Vidyut Jammwal in pivotal roles. The brutal actioner is marked as Sivakarthikeyan’s never-before-seen raw, intense avatar, alongside the first-ever collaboration with the energetic Vidyut Jammwal. The film is gearing up to hit the silver screens on 5th September 2025, under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Movies. The trailer is undoubtedly hinting at one of the most brutal action films in 2025.

Dil Madharaasi Trailer Review
The 2.17-minute-wide glimpse showcases a powerful glimpse into the life of Raghu (Sivakarthikeyan), a man who never backs down from his goals – if he sets his mind on something, he will accomplish it at any cost. The trailer added a deep emotional layer through the loss of Raghu’s love, Malathy (Rukmini Vasanth), who tragically dies in a bomb blast, which was planned by the antagonist Vidyut Jammwal‘s portrayal.
This sets the stage for a gripping revenge drama; Raghu’s pain transforms into unyielding fury against Jammwal. It will be interesting to see how Raghu will take revenge. The trailer shows a brutal clash, with one side having Sivakarthikeyan’s strong presence alongside Vidyut Jammwal’s trademark action sequences.
