HanuMan Global Box Office Collection Day 2: Prasanth Varma helmed and penned the PAN world superhero film “HanuMan,” debuted at the box office on January 12 against “Guntur Kaaram,” “Merry Christmas,” “Ayalaan,” and “Captain Miller,” but despite strong competitors, the film got huge love from the filmgoers. As per the latest update from Primeshow Entertainment, the film has sold 1 million (1000000) tickets on Book My Show alone.
The Teja Sajja-led film has minted ₹ 12.20 Cr net in India, all assembled on the first premiere and opening day. On day 2, the film sees praiseworthy 54.66% growth and minted ₹ 12.45 Cr [Te: 8.41 Cr; Hi: 3.9 Cr; Ta: 0.06 Cr; Ka: 0.06 Cr; Mal: 0.02 Cr] net, bringing the total India net to ₹ 24.65 Cr [Te: 18.45 Cr; Hi: 6 Cr; Ta: 0.09 Cr; Ka: 0.08 Cr; Mal: 0.03 Cr]. Notably Only in 2 days did the film recover the budget of ₹ 25 Cr.
HanuMan Day 2 Domestic Theatres Occupancy Report
HanuMan on day 2 had an overall 82.94% Telugu 2D occupancy across the domestic theaters. Morning shows footfalls were 75.75%, afternoon shows footfalls were 86.23%, and side by side evening and night shows footfalls were 83.51% and 86.26%, respectively.
And in the Hindi 2D version, the film had an overall 21.17% occupancy. Morning shoe footfalls were 10.06%, afternoon shoe footfalls were 21.46%, followed by evening and night shoe footfalls of 23.62% and 29.54%, respectively.
HanuMan Global Box Office Collection Day 2 Generates ₹ 17.05 Cr gross
Based on the industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, HanuMan grossed ₹ 23.50 Cr on the opening day, including the 1st Thursday’s premiere collection in India ₹ 4.75 Cr gross. On day 2, the film saw outstanding hold and generated ₹ 17.05 Cr gross globally. It garnered ₹ 14.5 Cr (Karnataka: ₹ 1.55 Cr, APTG: ₹ 7.8 Cr, Tamil Nadu: ₹ 0.26 Cr, Kerala: ₹ 0.04 Cr, and Rest of India: ₹ 4.85 Cr) gross at the Indian market and ₹ 2.55 Cr gross at the overseas market, bringing the total 2 days worldwide gross collection to ₹ 40.55 Cr.
As per the Twitter report of the production house Primeshow Entertainment, the film has crossed the $1.4 million mark in the USA. Expectedly, on its opening Sunday, the film can hit the phenomenal $5 million mark in the U.S. market.
