IIFA 2023 Complete WINNER list: The IIFA Awards Ceremony 2023 was hosted on Friday and Saturday by Abu Dhabi, with the IIFA rocking event Grasp on May 26 and the award night on May 27. Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal, Nora Fatehi, Varun Dhawan, and Sara Ali Khan, along with more Bollywood celebrities, graced the night of the event.

- The best male performance in a leading role goes to Hrithik Roshan for the neo-noir action thriller film Vikram Vedha.
- Best performance in a leading role Female goes to Alia Bhatt for the biographical crime drama film Gangubai Kathiawadi.
- The best performance in a supportive role goes to Anil Kapoor for the family comedy-drama film Jugjugg Jeeyo.
