Jigra box office early estimate day 1: Vasan Bala directed and co-wrote the action entertainer “Jigra,” released yesterday, on October 11th, featuring Alia Bhatt, Vedang Raina, Aditya Nanda, Manoj Pahwa, and others. Despite the Dussehra release, due to the poor storyline, it failed to attract the audience; as a result, the early trend report hinted it underperformed at the box office and fell short of touching the Rs 5 Cr mark.
Alia Bhatt’s Jigra box office early estimate day 1 earns around Rs 4.2-4.75 Cr
The Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions produced action thriller was released in Hindi and Telugu. The film generated around Rs 1.70 Cr gross from the opening day pre-booking after selling 62,000 tickets across the country from 4,930 shows. Due to a lack of spot booking, the Alia Bhatt-fronted film earned around Rs 4.2-4.75 Cr (early estimate) net in India, which marks Bhatt’s career as one of the poor performance films. But still, the film is performing in profit, as it has already secured the budget amount of Rs 90 Cr from its non-theatrical deal early theatrical release; now every single penny from the box office will be profit for the makers.
