Kantara Chapter-1 day 2 global box office collection: Hombale Films produced the latest Kannada magnum opus, “Kantara: Chapter 1“, headlined by Rishab Shetty, which, after long anticipation, finally arrived on the silver screens on 2nd October. On day 1, globally, the film narrowly missed surpassing the century milestone and registered Rs 87.75 Cr gross. On day 2, i.e., the 1st Friday, it witnessed an excellent hold with an estimated over Rs 60.25 Cr gross, which propelled its two-day global total to Rs 148 Cr gross.
Remarkably, within just 2 consecutive days of a roaring box office run, Kantara: Chapter 1 has successfully secured its budget of Rs 125 Cr (according to the Indian Times Report), turning profitable right from the start.

Sustaining the tremendous momentum, on Day 2, the film witnessed a natural dip after its massive start and minted Rs 46.00 Cr (Kannada: 13.5 Cr) net. After 2 days of domestic box office run, the total domestic score stormed past the century milestone and stands at Rs 107.85 Cr.
