According to the reputed market tracker Venky Box Office, Rishab Shetty-led Kantara: Chapter 1 so far has grossed an excellent $270,533 (Rs 2.40 Cr) for day 4 advance booking, after selling 16,007 tickets across the USA. The report also added that the film registered this advance booking figure in 386 screens across 1343 shows.
The report also quoted: “Sunday holds well heading for $500K+ and better than Friday which indicates a potential long run loading.”
