The 2.45-minute-wide trailer is packed with back-to-back surprises for the fans, as Rajkummar Rao shines in his never-before-seen ruthless gangster avatar, alongside his fresh pairing with former Miss World Manushi Chhillar. The glimpse grabs the netizen’s attention from the beginning with powerful dialogue: Majboor baap ka beta hai, kismat thi humari. The veteran actor from the Bengali film industry, Prosenjit Chatterjee’s glimpse as a cop shows enough power to handle the ruthless gangster Maalik. The Gangstar action thriller was helmed by Pulkit, who also co-wrote the film with Jyotsana Nath, and financed by Kumar Taurani & Jay Shewakramani. The star-studded ensemble with the film are Rajkummar Rao, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Manushi Chhillar, Huma Qureshi, and others. Anuj Rakesh Dhawan handled the cinematography, edited by Zubin Sheikh, music composed by Sachin-Jigar, and set to release on 11th July under the banners of Tips Industries & Northern Lights Films.
