Mission Raniganj First Day Advance Booking Report: Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra led the much-awaited survival thriller, inspired by the true event “Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue,” all set to hit the big screens on October 6. After the promising trailer was unveiled by the makers, it created a huge buzz on the Internet. The film will depict the story of a brave engineer, Jaswant Singh Gill, who saved 65 coal minors who were trapped inside the Raniganj Coalfield in 1989.
The historical drama thriller got the U/A certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and was approved with 2 hours and 18 minutes (148 minutes) of official runtime (as per the BookMyShow report).

Based on the latest updates till now, the film has sold 33210 tickets for opening day, which are worth ₹ 83.28 Lac gross (without block seats) across the domestic theatres. As per Baap of Movies predictions, the film can sell around 25–40K tickets for the opening day.
