Only four days before Christmas, on December 21, 2023, This film is written and directed by Shouryuv, under the banner of T-Series and Vyra Entertainments. On the other hand, Sailesh Kolanu directed the Venkatesh Daggubati and Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer action-thriller Saindhav, which was also confirmed to release on December 22, 2023. These two films might belong to different genres; NANI30 is a drama film, but still, the two films might face a clash at the box office.

The gorgeous and stunning Mrunal Thakur, was last seen in Selfiee along with Akshay Kumar, which bombed at the box office, and Gumraah along with Aditya Roy Kapur, both of which performed pretty well but failed to gather audiences into the theaters. Apart from this, she has several movies in the pipeline, such as Pooja Meri Jaan, Pippa, Aankh Micholi, and Nani30.
