Bollywood Sensation Akshay Kumar‘s much-anticipated communal comedy-drama film Oh My God 2 is about to release in theaters, contradicting rumors that the film is slated for digital Release.

Helmed by Amit Rai, the film is a divine sequel to Oh My God (2012), which featured Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam. The movie has been in post-production since the pandemic of 2021. The film was expected to make its debut in cinemas in 2022, but unfortunately, due to the delay in the shoot, the sequel makers extended the release date frequently.
Akshay Kumar, along with producer Ashwin Varde, partners Viacom 18, and Jio Studios, have decided on a theatrical release for Oh My God 2. Several discussions happened throughout the course of making, and moreover, Oh My God 2 was always declared to be released as a theatrically. The film’s officials never revealed anything for the digital release, and even on May 27, the film is being buckled up for a theatrical release.
