The film kicked off the domestic box office journey with a healthy Rs 7.37 Cr net in India, followed by seeing the impact of positive word of mouth on day 2’s score, as it witnessed an impressive 36.64% spike and minted over Rs 10 Cr net in India, pushing its two-day domestic total past the Rs 17 Cr mark.

According to the veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh Report, Param Sundari on the opening day surpassed all the expectations and began its box office journey with Rs 7.37 Cr without any BOGO offer, only driven by the positive reception, which marked 4.99% higher than production house Maddock Films’ 2024 acclaimed film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (Rs 7.02).
On Day 2 (Saturday), boosted by star power and glowing reviews, the weekend momentum fueled a strong 36.64% surge, and registered a solid double-digit number, Rs 10.07 Cr net, and pushed the total Indian score to Rs 17.44 Cr.

After 2 days of running, the total Indian net score goes beyond Rs 17 Cr. Saturday’s strong delivery clearly hints that on day 3 (1st Sunday) there is a high possibility it will register another double-digit number, which will bring the opening weekend score over the Rs 25 Cr mark.

The much-awaited Hindi rom-com was helmed by Tushar Jalota, with a plot penned by Tushar Jalota, Gaurav Mishra, and Aarsh Vora, and backed by one of the most successful producers in Hindi films, Dinesh Vijan. The stars teamed up with the venture are Sidharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Renji Panicker and others.
