The Tushar Jalota directorial and co-written Hindi entertainer finally passed the crucial weekend test, as it showcased steady growth throughout the weekend days. As it began its box office journey with Rs 7.37 Cr net, followed by day 2, it witnessed the biggest spike since release, 36.64%, and raised Rs 10.07 Cr.
And on the final day of the weekend, on day 3 (Sunday), it witnessed a noticeable 9.63% jump and registered another double-digit number, Rs 11.04 Cr, resulting in the total sum of weekend 1 score being pushed to Rs 28.48 Cr, ranking it as the 11th top Hindi net opening weekend scorer film in 2025 so far, just behind Bhool Chuk Maaf (28.71 Cr).

Taran Adarsh’s View on Param Sundari weekend 1 collection
The veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh took to the X (formerly Twitter) handle and shared the box office figures and also added his view on it. He wrote:
#ParamSundari has passed the weekend test, showing steady growth from Friday to Sunday… Its business was affected by heavy rains, especially in #Mumbai [on Saturday].
The favourable response also reiterates an important fact: a youthful love story backed by a strong soundtrack is always an advantage – it serves as an initial hook to draw audiences to cinemas… But in the end, everything boils down to content.
After a healthy first weekend, all eyes are on the crucial day 4, i.e., the first Monday’s score, which will be the true test of the film’s positive word of mouth and will play a decisive role in shaping its box office trajectory and final verdict.
