Ruslaan Twitter Review: Watch at your own risk
Two stars for this Friday’s release, ‘Ruslaan’s Marketing Buzz.
Ayush Sharma’s film seems to be suffering from an overdose of style and a lack of substance, impacting its opening at the box office.

Ruslaan is UNBEARABLE. Expectations were high from #AayushSharma [post Antim] but he disappoints hugely. The film starts off really well but the illogical chunks fail to hold your attention. The film is dragged heavily. NOT RECOMMENDED. 👎 👎#RuslaanReview
The basic issue is that the film isn’t entertaining. And because it is not entertaining, you will end up finding logic and that is when you’ll find everything unconvincing.
Same old story with very poor dialogues and flawed execution. The only man who performs well is #JagapathiBabu. Barring him, every other actor disappoints.
The film has good elevation scenes & the first 10 minutes are good and makes you feel connected. There are a few moments which are emotional but that’s just at the beginning, after that, nothing connects. All the good things last for 15 to 20 minutes max, in totality. But even the impact of those moments is cancelled due to awful presentation of serious and important scenes.
Direction is poor, Music is bad and nothing works. They ruined the film further with their climax twist. The writer is confused as to what he wants from the main villain. Awful concept and disaster writing. The story is highly unconvincing and that is where the battle is lost.
Warning: Watch at your own risk. It was an extremely tiring watch for me.
