According to the industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, the Telugu action comedy film Sankrathiki Vasthunam began its box office journey with the 3rd biggest Telugu opening number in 2025, Rs 25.00 Cr (early estimate), just after Ram Charan’s Game Changer (Rs 41.25 Cr) and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaaj (Rs 25.35 Cr). It’s worth adding that Venkatesh Daggubati opened 2025 on a high note, as it (Sankrathiki Vasthunam) scored a humongous 557.89% higher than his 2024 Sankranti release, Saindhav, which entered at the box office with a poor number of Rs 3.8 Cr.
