Sikandar box office collection day 1 raises a decent number
Salman Khan led the action thriller Sikandar; despite being released on Eid 2025, it fails to meet the expectations due to mixed word of mouth. It performed better in the mass belts compared to multiplexes. Another key reason behind this poor performance, unfortunately, is its big-screen debut on the evening of 29th March, with it being leaked on various piracy sites. As per the film critic and trade analyst Komal Nahta’s report, “The producer had the authorities pull the film down from 600 sites last night, but the harm had been done.“
The box office trend indicates that within 3 days of the Eid holiday run, it might hit the century milestone, but that is not enough for Khan’s film. The poor reviews hint that after the Eid holiday is over, the mass entertainer is going to face a hard time at the box office.
