Sikandar global box office collection day 1: The Bollywood megastar Salman Khan led most anticipated film of the year, “Sikandar“, which was released on Eid 2025, on 30th March 2025, under the banners of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Salman Khan Films. At the domestic box office, it generated Rs 30.06 Cr, outperforming 93.55%, higher than Salman Khan’s last Eid release, 2023’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (Rs 15.81 Cr), and at the global box office, it enters the Rs 50 Cr club. 

Today, on 31st March, on the auspicious occasion of Eid, it must have to showcase a remarkable spike domesticall, to reach around the Rs 100 Cr club within 3 days of opening weekend.

Sikandar opening day overseas gross collection breakdown

According to the Bollywood Hungama report, Salman Khan’s 2025 Eid release, Sikandar, grossed Rs 19.24 Cr ($2.25 Million) on opening day at the overseas market. Despite it being at the top of the fans highly anticipated list, due to mixed word of mouth, it fails to open on a high note. It’s worth adding that one of the key overseas markets, North America, alone contributed a decent $148,157/Rs 1.27 Cr (including day 2’s $40,232 from 117 locations) gross (According to Venky Box Office report). 

Sikandar global box office collection day 1 attends Half Century club

As per the latest report, Sikandar, despite being released on Sunday, a day ahead of Eid, attends the Rs 50 Cr gross mark, and the opening day gross stands, at Rs 54.73 Cr. For raising the score, despite being released as the biggest ever by a Hindi film, in 5500 screens / approx 22,000+ shows, the Indian market contributed Rs 35.49 Cr gross, and the overseas market added Rs 19.24 Cr ($2.25 Million) gross.
