Rajkummar Rao’ led’s Srikanth Movie Critics Review Out Now!
SrikanthReview ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Srikanth emerges as another 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐔𝐌𝐏𝐇 for the Hindi film industry, following the footsteps #12thFail and #LaapataLadies.
This film is a journey filled with 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐓𝐇 , and 𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 , chronicling the remarkable life of Srikanth Bolla.
Director Tushar Hiranandani beautifully portrays the challenges and struggles faced by Srikanth due to his blindness, without resorting to cheap emotional tactics. Hiranandani’s storytelling is powerful, drawing the audience into Srikanth’s world without begging for sympathy.
Throughout the screenplay, especially in the first half, there are multiple moments that tug at the heartstrings, leaving the audience deeply moved and teary eyed .
RajkummarRao delivers a extraordinary performance as Srikanth, portraying a blind man with unparalleled authenticity. His portrayal is nuanced and his mannerisms are brilliant, capturing the essence of Srikanth’s character with perfection. Rao’s performance is bound to receive widespread critical acclaim for its sheer brilliance. He carries the entire film on the strength of his excellent act.
Jyothika and #SharadKelkar lent a very good support with their fine performances.
While the first half of Srikanth excels with scenes that elicit applause, the second half falters slightly with pacing issues and some forced moments where Srikanth was shown in a grey and egoistic light . However climax, featuring a powerful monologue by Rajkummar, ends the film on a high note, effectively overpowering these shortcomings.
Srikanth’s birth scene, Papa Kehte Hai Background Score, Airport Scene when Srikant heads to USA for his MIT admission and monologue in the climax are the MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS.
Overall Srikanth” is a well-crafted biopic that celebrates the extraordinary life of Srikanth Bolla. It showcases his academic achievements, his legal fight against the Indian education system, his profound relationship with the late President APJ Abdul Kalam, his cricketing journey and entrepreneurial successes with Bollant Industries.
This film is a winner for both the Hindi film industry and for viewers seeking inspiration and entertainment. It’s a story of resilience, determination, and the power of the human spirit, beautifully brought to life on the silver screen. Whether you’re a fan of biopics or simply appreciate a well-told story, Srikanth” is a must-watch film that has the merits & potential to collect over 30 cr at the boxing and emerge a winner.

Srikanth is ENDEARING
The wait for a real emotional drama that tugs your heartstrings, brings tears to your eyes and also a smile on your face, is now over with this really well made entertaining film with #RajkummarRao by #TusharHiranandani.
First and foremost the story is a real winner here as it’s almost unbelievable that a man amidst us actually achieved all of this and is still rising as an entrepreneur. Secondly, the treatment is so sweet and simple that at several places you find influence of #RajkumarHirani of the Munnabhai franchise.
Be it the younger days of #Srikanth where he is shown as a naughty kid to the scenes in school where he is coached by #Jyotika and always finds a way to come out of a tricky situation to his arguments in the court of law which have such light hearted feel to it or that brilliant scene at the airport which will bring on the claps in the auditorium, there is a lot packed in the first half where you can’t help but applause the entire team for what they have come up with.
In fact as you watch the film, you truly feel that no one else but #RajkummarRao could have done justice to the role. Just how he can do that each time around in every role that he grabs – This is yet another award winning performance from him and that too in a commercial set up.
The second half has #SharadKelkar entering the scene as the financier and he is shown to be such a sweet soul that you wonder whether there would be any conflict at all. Well, it does take place and though the film is interesting here as well, a few scenes seem repetitive/overtly done, and at times even difficult to digest. To err is human but the sudden volte face of a key character makes you wonder why. As for the love story angle with #Alaya, it distracts you from the core plot, though the actress is decent in her part. The romantic songs too could have been further shortened.
The finale is of course done quite well and you yet again cheer for the lead, which leads to a very satisfying closure. As is customary, the introduction of the real #SrikanthBola by means of stills and supers make you further admire the life that he has lived and the person that he is.
Technically too the film is quite polished. It has a rich look to it and doesn’t resort to a gloomy set up to support the disability. Instead, it celebrates it well, especially through the amazing background score and the crisp editing.
Do check out the film in theatres. The drought is bound to end with this really well made film and if audiences really catch fancy to it then it can just about go anywhere and turn out to be yet another #12thFail (or go even beyond).
Don’t miss it.
