Stree 2 movie Censorship: Amar Kaushik directed the highly anticipated horror comedy “Stree 2, the sequel to 2018’s iconic “Stree,” gearing up for its grand debut on August 15, coincidentally on the occasion of Independence Day. Stars teamed up with the venture are Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana in prominent roles. Yesterday, 8th August, the entertainer passed the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification).

According to the latest report by the veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh, the 5th instalment of the Maddock Supernatural Universe cleared the CBFC formalities on August 8th. It was awarded with a U/A certificate and also got approval for 149.29 minutes [2 hours, 29 minutes, and 29 seconds] of theatrical runtime. It’s worth nothing that this Independence 2 more Hindi releases, “Khel Khel Mein” and “Vedaa,” are also censored with U/A certification. In this huge clash, Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s Stree 2 hold the immense hype, and hopefully it will maintain the franchise pride.

The Hindi horror comedy film was directed by Amar Kaushik, with a with a story penned by Niren Bhatt and backed by Dinesh Vijan and Jayoti Deshpande.
