Stree 2 trailer out: The wait is over now! The Amar Kaushik directorial, the sequel to 2018’s critically and commercially acclaimed Stree, and the fifth installment of the Maddock Supernatural Universe film Stree 2‘s eagerly awaited trailer finally hit the Internet today.
From the announcement day, makers are creating buzz for the film by unveiling posters, followed by the superhit success of the fourth installment film of the franchise “Munjya,” which elevated the hype a step ahead. The film is scheduled to grace the silver screens this Independence Day (15 August), featuring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana in the pivotal roles.

The 2-minute, 54-second trailer showcases an electrifying blend of spine-chilling horror and comedy. The trailer began with the voiceover of Pankaj Tripathi, who explained how the stree was introduced. The iconic Chanderi gang is once again back to save the women of the village, who are being abducted by this Sarkata, the new threatened of this village.
On the other hand, Vicky’s (Rajkummar Rao) love interest, Shraddha Kapoor, is also back. Now Vicky has to prove his bravery by saving his beloved at any cost. To take this courageous step, Vicky turns to the prince of Chanderi to save the entire village and his beloved from this threat with the help of his gang, which will be interesting to watch on this Independence Day.
The trailer also showcased a glimpse of Tamannaah Bhatia’s cameo in a song. The trailer is promising. It will be a be a more interesting and fun ride than Stree.
