The Fantastic Four-First Steps Final Trailer Out: Matt Shakman directed the highly anticipated second reboot of the Fantastic Four film series, The Fantastic Four: First Steps – the final trailer is here, a month ahead of the grand theatrical debut, which spotlights the 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic world, which is threatened by the planet-devouring cosmic being Galactus, but “The Fantastic Four” are strongly determined to protect the world. The Kevin Feige-backed film is locked to start roaring in theatres on July 25, 2025, under the banner of Marvel Studios.

The 37th instalment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film’s 2.24-minute wide trailer kicks off with a grand introduction of the Fantastic Four in The Ted Gilbert Show, which we have also seen in the previous glimpses, but the alerts on their retro wristbands indicate the most daunting challenge yet.
Galactus (played by Ralph Ineson), a gigantic cosmic being, arrives to consume Earth – to satisfy his hunger. His humongous size & strength seem to make the superheroes Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) incapable. Can the sole savior of the retro-inspired world overcome psychological barriers to confront Galactus and save humanity?
