Thudarum global box office collection day 16: The Malayalam crime thriller “Thudarum“, directed by Tharun Moorthy, refuses to slow down; despite several other new Mollywood arrivals, it stands strong. It was generated Rs 89.75 Cr net in the last 15 days; following the weekend upward trend on day 16 (3rd Saturday), it saw a fantastic 33.33% spike and added a bigger collection than days 13, 14 & 15, Rs 4 Cr, and introduced a total Indian net collection of Rs 93.75 Cr. All eyes are on the 3rd Sunday’s score, the latest trend indicating it may register over Rs 5 Cr; if so, it will bring the 3rd weekend score in the range of Rs 11-13 Cr.
On the other hand, at the worldwide box office, the Mohanlal, Shobana, Prakash Varma, Farhaan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, and other starrer thriller zoom past the Rs 195 Cr gross mark in 16 days; all eyes are on the outstanding Rs 200 Cr milestone. There is a high possibility it will conquer the milestone by the end of the 3rd weekend. After achieving the milestone, it will be Mohanlal’s second back-to-back film, followed by L2: Empuraan (Rs 266.68 Cr) conquering the double-century milestone.
