After a solid opening & firm hold on Saturday, the film based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj witnessed a solid 13.74% surge, which helped the opening weekend total cross the ₹33 crore mark in India.

Reported by the reputed market tracker Sacnilk.com, Raja Shivaji recorded 13.74% growth compared to Saturday and registered an impressive ₹12 crore net in Indian on day 3 (Sunday) across 5,771 nationwide shows, which marked the biggest single-day figure since release. This Sunday’s figure is dominated by the Marathi ₹7.75 crore net and the Hindi ₹4.25 crore net.
Raja Shivaji had earned ₹21.90 crore net during its first two days, and with a strong boost on Sunday, the opening weekend total has reached ₹33.90 crore. The Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Mahesh Manjrekar, and others-starrer film is inching towards the half-century club.
