After opening on a phenomenal note, the Jeethu Joseph directorial film recorded an impressive hold with the double-digit figure of ₹11 crore+ on Friday. After a sensational opening, the film once again attracted immense footfalls in Kerala and key overseas locations.

As reported by the reputed market tracker Sacnilk.com, Drishyam 3, the third instalment in the Drishyam film series, debuted at the Indian box office with ₹15.85 crore net at the Indian box office. Despite being a working day, on day 2 (Friday), Mohanlal, Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and others featured film, enjoying immense franchise popularity among audiences, as it registered yet another double-digit number of ₹11.05 crore across 4,886 nationwide shows.

The Friday figure was fueled by a strong Malayalam score of ₹9.85 crore in 2,875 shows, the Telugu score of ₹70 lakh in 1,346 shows, followed by Tamil ₹40 lakh in 501 shows, and the Kannada ₹10 lakh in 164 shows.
With this day 2’s contribution, Drishyam 3’s domestic total has reached ₹26.90 crore and is marching towards the half-century club. All eyes are on the crucial weekend jump, which could bring the domestic total very close to ₹50 crore.
