On the crucial opening day, the political action thriller film scored ₹42.70 crore net at the Indian box office, out of ₹38.20 crore contributed by the Tamil version alone, and emerged as the biggest Tamil net opening film of 2026, dethroning Suriya’s Karuppu (₹13.10 crore).
Apart from Vijay, the film was led by Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, and Mamitha Baiju, supported by Nassar, Prakash Raj, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Narain, and Priyamani.
