Animal Box Office Collection Day 8: Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s second-directed Hindi film, followed by Kabir Singh third-directed film of his career, “Animal,” continues to hunt at the office. The film was stepped into the box office on December 1st, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages, against Vicky Kaushal’s patriotic biography film “Sam bahadur.” The PAN India film ensemble star cast includes Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Tripti Dimri in the pivotal roles.

The “A“-rated film opened at the domestic box office with a high note (₹ 63.8 Cr net) and registered as the biggest “A“-rated opener in Indian film history, replacing Vanga’s own directorial “Kabir Singh.” Followed by the incredible opening week run that generated ₹ 337.58 Cr net, it became Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s career biggest opening week collection. On day 8, the film minted ₹ 22.95 Cr net (Hi: 21.56 Cr; Te: 1.22 Cr; Ta: 0.15 Cr; Ka: 0.01 Cr; Mal: 0.01 Cr), became the biggest second Friday ever Hindi net, Surpasses Magnificent ₹ 350 Cr Net, bringing the total India net collection to ₹ 360.53 Cr.

Animal on day 8 had an overall 29.41% Hindi occupancy across the domestic theatres. Morning show footfalls were 16.40%, afternoon show footfalls were 24.46%, followed by evening and night show footfalls of 29.50% and 47.28%.
In the Telugu version, action thrillers had an overall 27.91% occupancy. Morning shows footfalls were 17.14%, afternoon shows footfalls were well 27.62%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls were 25.84%, and the highest Telugu footfalls of the day were 41.05%.
And in the Tamil version, there was an overall 24.48% occupancy across the country. Morning shows footfalls were 18.42%, afternoon shows footfalls were 25.79%, followed by evening and night shows footfalls of 21.78% and 31.92%, respectively.

Animal has, after day 7, conquered the emerging ₹ 563.30 Cr gross at the global box office. For the collection, Indian markers contributed ₹ 401.70 Cr, and overseas markets ₹ 161.60 Cr gross. And finally, after 8 days, the film stands at ₹ 429.20 Cr Indian gross and ₹ 170.80 Cr overseas gross and enters the phenomenal ₹ 600.00 Cr Club at worldwide box office.

Animal is a Hindi-language, much-awaited action thriller film, helmed and penned by one of the finest directors, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who debuted as a director in 2017 with the Telugu romantic drama film Arjun Reddy. After achieving massive success, he debuted in the Bollywood film industry in 2019 with the film Kabir Singh. Animal is going to be the third-directed film of his career and the second-directed film in Bollywood.
