Based on the market tracker Sacnilk.com report, Neru was opened with ₹ 2.8 Cr net, but on the 2nd day, there was a 25.00% dip, but from the 3rd day, the film started performing strongly, earning ₹ 11.45 Cr in the 4 days extended weekend, and on day 5, opening Monday, the film refused to slowdown and witnessed 9.86% growth, garnering ₹ 3.9 Cr, bringing the total India net to ₹ 15.35 Cr.

Neru had an overall 78.52% Malayalam occupancy across the domestic theaters on day 5. Morning shows footfalls were 64.03%, afternoon shows footfalls were 83.51%, and similarly, evening and night shows footfalls were 89.41% and 77.11% respectively.

On day 5, the Indian market held strongly and minted ₹ 4.6 Cr gross (Karnataka: ₹ 0.25 Cr, APTG: ₹ 0.04 Cr, Tamil Nadu: ₹ 0.16 Cr, Kerala: ₹ 4 Cr, Rest of India: ₹ 0.15 Cr), the total India gross stood at ₹ 18.1 Cr, and overseas collection was ₹ 15.50 Cr, and Mohanlal led Malayalam Drama Conquer ₹ 33.60 Cr gross globally.
