Amar Kaushik directed the highly anticipated sequel to 2018’s Stree, and the 5th installment of Maddock Supernatural Universe, “Stree 2,” is gearing up to hit the big screen this Independence Day (15th August), with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the principal roles, alongside Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana in the essential roles. Makers cleverly unveiled the inaugural teaser of the film, attaching it to the recent release of the fourth installment film from the universe, Munjya, and now the much-awaited trailer of the film is censored with a U/A certificate. Maddock Films Presents Stree 2 Trailer Censores With UA Certificate on 12th July
According to the latest Twitter report by film critic and business analyst Nishit Shaw, on July 12, Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank‘s trailer was cleared by the censor board, and it was awarded a U/A certificate. The official duration of the trailer was 2 minutes and 57 seconds. The trailer release date is yet to be announced officially, but it is expected to hit the Internet tentatively in the last week of July or the beginning week of August.

The Hindi horror comedy sequel, one of the most anticipated films of the year, is slated to release on Independence Day under the banners of Maddock Films and Jio Studios, directed by Amar Kaushik, based on the story penned by Niren Bhatt, and backed by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande.
