According to the industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, the Magizh Thirumeni-directed and scripted film had done the biggest Kollywood pre-booking in 2025, Rs 13.39 Cr gross (excluding block seats) after selling 7.16 lac tickets alone in the Tamil version. As a result, it debuts at the Tamil box office grandly with a Rs 25.5 Cr net, but outside Tamil Nadu, the pre-booking, as well as the collection, fails to meet the expectations, scoring a decent Rs 0.50 Cr, and the opening day nationwide collection kicks off with Rs 26 Cr net, marking the top Tamil opening number in 2025, by replacing Madha Gaja Raja (Rs 3 Cr).
