Tere Ishk Mein First Twitter Review: Dhanush and Kriti Sanon’s first ever onscreen pairing film, “Tere Ishk Mein“, directed by Aanand L. Rai, finally arrived on the big screens today, on 28th November, 2025, under the banner of Colour Yellow Productions and T Series. The film marked Dhanush‘s return to Bollywood after a four-year hiatus. He was last seen in 2021’s rom-com drama “Atrangi Re”, against Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan. Just finished watching Tere Ishq Mein in Bangalore and what a brilliant film! Superb direction by Anand L. Rai, outstanding acting by Dhanush—truly brilliant and surprising. To be honest, the music album is fabulous, especially by A.R. Rahman. My favourites are “Awaara” and the title track……

TERE ISHQ MEIN didn’t at all work for me. Couldn’t connect to the emotions. A few scenes definitely standout, thanks to the solid performances by the lead and some sharp dialogues. But it didn’t make much sense to me in its entirety. Also, a few scenes are deeply problematic (can’t give spoilers)……
“Tere Ishq Mein dekh ke lagega jaise kisi ne Raanjhanaa ko Benaras mein dubo diya aur AR Rahman ke BGM se uska galka kat diya! Dhanush ka ‘pyaar mein Delhi jala doonga’ drama itna cringy ki popcorn se zyada vomit bags chahiye. Kriti Sanon pretty lagti hai par acting mein sirf ro-ro ke paani barbaad karti rahi – climax soul hai? Bhai, yeh toh black hole hai jo time waste karta hai! 1/5 stars, flop certified, ghar baitho Animal dobara dekh lo!….
