Amaran global box office collection day 5: The PAN Indian biographical action war drama “Amaran,” a joint production by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Vivek Krishnani, successfully passed the Monday test, maintained a stable hold in the domestic market, and generated another double-digit figure of Rs 10.15 Cr net, and the total domestic net collection reached Rs 93.25 Cr.

According to the industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, the PAN Indian Diwali 2024 release, Amaran, grossed Rs 140.60 Cr (India: 95.60 Cr; Overseas: 45.00 Cr) in the last 4 days of the run, followed by opening Monday (day 5) due to the starting week day, as expected seeing a huge dip, and grossed Rs 11.7 Cr in the Indian market, and in the overseas market, it grossed Rs 2.7 Cr. After 5 days of global box office run, total collection reached Rs 155.00 Cr (India: 107.30 Cr; Overseas: 47.70 Cr).
According to the Prime Media report, the biographical war drama film has conquered the humongous $1 million (Approx. 8.4 Cr) milestone alone at the North American market (U.S. and Canada).
Rajkumar Periasamy directed the film, adapted from Shiv Aroor, and Rahul Singh wrote the book series “India’s Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes,” script penned by the director himself with Stefan Ritcher and produced by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, & Vivek Krishnani. Stars are ensemble with the venture: Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, and Rahul Bose.
