It’s the spiritual sequel to Anurag Basu’s previous critically acclaimed hit film Life in a… Metro (2007). The Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and other starrer film was scheduled for 2024; however, it got delayed, and many predict it might not release until 2026.

The Hindi romantic drama is helmed by Anurag Basu, who also penned the plot of the film, with the co-writer Samrat Chakraborty, and financed by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Tani Basu, & Anurag Basu.
