Border 2 First Day Advance Booking: Sold Over 2 Lakh Tickets
According to the industry tracker Sacnilk.com report, Anurag Singh’s directorial Border 2 has so far racked up an impressive ₹ 7.16 crore gross through its opening day advance booking at the Indian box office. The film sold 227803 tickets till 22nd January, at 4.02 PM, across 14615 shows.
The Hindi 2D version is dominating with ₹ 7.15 crore gross, selling 227609 tickets; on the other hand, the Hindi 4DX format sold only 194 tickets and grossed ₹ 106641.
The veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh’s exclusive report, Border 2, aims to secure a huge 4,800 screens and approximately 17,000 shows for the day.

Border 2 Day 1 Box Office Prediction
Till 4 PM, a day ahead of the grand theatrical debut, Border 2 has crossed an excellent ₹ 7 crore gross mark in the pre-booking, which clearly indicates the film’s final pre-booking figures could touch the ₹ 11 crore mark, which is an even better trend than the latest Ranveer Singh’s all-time blockbuster, Dhurandhar, which had collected around ₹ 4 crore in advance bookings a day before release.

The latest advance booking trend hints at Border 2 targeting to open at the Indian box office around ₹ 25-30 Cr net across the country. If the initial audience response turns out to be positive, the box office havoc will begin soon ahead, in the rest of the Republic Day weekend.
Border 2 Movie Budget
According to the reputed news portals Live Hindustan and Nav Bharat Times, Sunny Deol’s Border 2 was made with a budget of ₹150−250 crore.
Directed by Anurag Singh, the Hindi war drama film was financed by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J. P. Dutta & Nidhi Dutta jointly, and the stars teamed up with the film include Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in crucial roles.
