Cape of Good Films Claims Exclusive Worldwide Rights Over Hera Pheri 3: Notice is hereby formally conveyed from the production banner Cape of Good Films LLP of actor Akshay Kumar regarding its sole and exclusive rights in respect of the forthcoming comedy movie “Hera Pheri 3.” The notice, as published in Complete Cinema Magazine dated July 4, 2026, advises against engaging with any third party claiming rights in respect of the movie until receiving prior written consent.

Cape of Good Films LLP has also mentioned that the right to exploit the movie includes all forms of exploitation like theatrical, OTT, television broadcasting, digital exploitation, advertisement, licensing, and future modes of exploitation that might emerge in the times to come.
Industry Stakeholders Asked to Exercise Caution

The notice has been sent out to distributors, cinema networks, exhibitors, OTT players, television channels, digital platforms, advertisers, licensors, aggregators, syndicators, and other commercial partners. Cape of Good Films requested them to accept and recognize the claimed rights of Cape of Good Films on the movie.
Moreover, the production house warned that no individual or entity should engage in any negotiations, deals, transactions, or commercial relationships with any third-party entity that claims to own or have any right over Hera Pheri 3 without having received prior written authorization from Cape of Good Films LLP.

Furthermore, Cape of Good Films warned that if any person violates the notice, they do so at their own risk. They have reserved all legal rights and remedies available under the law if any interest of Cape of Good Films LLP is violated in Hera Pheri 3.
